5. Two - custom fabricated upper & lower steel propane tank mounting brackets to secure LP tanks firmly in place – brackets are through bolted to front wall for extra support

Run LP service for cooking equipment - includes schedule 40 black iron pipe with main interior and exterior shut off valves, each piece of equipment will have its own dedicated shut off valve as well - corrosion resistant PVC coated stainless steel flexible hoses will be used to make final connection to non-movable equipment (its the customer's responsibility to fill LP tank with propane - tank/s are new and will need to be purged prior to use - any fill station will be able to perform this, just let them know the tank is brand new, never filled - a leak down test is performed prior to pick up/delivery and should be checked periodically thereafter by Buyer)
